Signature Workshop
The Alignment Advantage Group’s interactive and fun Culture Creation Workshops boost employee engagement and create alignment around your organization’s Mission, Vision and Values.
The Culture Creation Workshops:
1.) Help employees align their values with that of the organization’s
2.) Create alignment around the foundational beliefs, principles and goals of the organization
3.) Help them understand how the work they do in each of their roles directly contributes to the mission.
Alignment Advantage can either facilitate these sessions on behalf of the leaders of the organization or use it as a “Train the Trainer” session to help the top leaders learn how to facilitate it on an ongoing basis.
Once the workshop is tailor-made for your organization, the workshops typically are best delivered to small teams of 12-15 at a time and last approximately 2 – 3 hours, depending on the messaging needed.
